The owner and property manager we're very help full and easy to deal with.The apartment was clean a tidy when i arrived.It is also close to major shopping malls in Makati I felt secure inside the apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.!

My companion and I very much enjoyed our 20 night stay. The unit is very close to the greenbelt mall, which has 100's of shops, restaurants, movie theatres and a grocery store. The unit is well equipped and comfortable.
Our only suggestions would be to upgrade the bath towels (the spare towels were musty and "rough") and to provide extra sheets and pillow cases.
The washing machine was out for repair during our stay, so we utilized a nearby 2 day laundry service and thus were unable to change the bed linens.

This one bedroom apartment is well located and fullfilled our needs for our short break in Makati. Reasonably price, with comfortable bed and well fitted kitchen, however a coffeemaker would have been a welcome addition. However one negative point in the kitchen was the grease trap which emitted an odour of sewage. This should be address. Another item that could improve upon, is the addition of a blackout curtains or blinds, as the morning light from outside woke us up earlier than we would have like. Overall its a fine place and it comes well recomended.

We rented the condo for 3 weeks. No problems with email communication and our initial deposit via Paypal went as planned.

The room was as expected and fairly well equipped for what we needed. It is in a good location only a few blocks from the Greenbelt mall.

Bathroom is a little tiny but sufficient. Can use a little touch-up paint here and there but otherwise clean and everything was working order. No problems with correspondence and coordination with Kathleen.

The building’s garage was full at the time and was not able to accommodate a space for a car we had hired so we had to park out on the street. Street parking only has a max of 3 hours at which point the car has to be moved. (We did not inquire about garage availability prior to our stay)

Room letting can be a hit or miss situation in the Phils -especially when communication is half a world away- it’s nice to find one that is handled promptly and professionally. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying there again if available.
