Located in central area right next to the Sunday market and Friday & Saturday market which can be noisy as they go on all evening.
Helpful reception, room was high up corner so not so noisy.
Dated but comfortable.
Lots of eating places around there.
The hotel provides a free transfer to the airport which is a nice added benefit

I booked online and I was very happy I did.
Very friendly staff, which help you out in every way (my Grab-app did not work, so they used there to order me a ride). I could also store my luggage with them on my last day there.
Room is very nice, airconditioning, nice hot shower, very soft bed, fast wifi.
Only thing I can point out that is not common for a nice hotel, is that there is no breakfast in the hotel. But when you go around the corner, there are loads or places to eat and small supermarkets to buy food.
Staff are very friendly and attentive. We appreciate how responsive the staff are to our queries, whether via Agoda messenging, or during our stay, from our phone call to reception.
Hotel provides free transport to Airport at the end of our stay. The location of the hotel at one end of Gaya St makes it so convenient to enjoy the Api Api night Food market on Fri and Sat nights and the huge Sunday morning market.
Our only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin and we could hear noises from the street and nearby live band. May we suggest noise-cancelling curtains?
Highly recommend this hotel. Stayed here on and Off while touring Borneo for 14 days. Location in KK central, close to coffee and food shops, wifi better than anywhere else I stayed, and rooms immaculately clean. Above all the friendly and helpful staff far exceeded expectations making this feel like a home away from home.

Strategically located in the centre of the town. Nearby to all the attractions in Kota Kinabalu. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful management staffs.My friend dropped some amount of money in the hotel lobby, the staffs were so kind to contact us to return it. We had a great stay here.
