Strategically located in the centre of the town. Nearby to all the attractions in Kota Kinabalu. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful management staffs.My friend dropped some amount of money in the hotel lobby, the staffs were so kind to contact us to return it. We had a great stay here.
This is one of the most affordable place we ever stayed. They always keep the room clean and provide complete set of toiletries. Staff are also friendly and approachable. We recommend this place to future travelers.😉
Close to Gaya street makes the hotel extremely convenient for customers, but also noisy. If you have some sleeping issue, don't come!
The housekeeper cleaned our rooms several times a day, which is good. Staffs were nice. They also had free drop off service to the airport.
In all the hotel was good, but soundproofing equipment was horrible. Oh, and broken window lock could be seen.
旅店靠近加雅街，非常方便，但隔音的部份簡直悲劇。如果你很容易睡不好，千萬不要來！
房務員一天整理我們的房間好幾次，感覺還不錯; 員工也很親切。旅店有免費送機服務，只要在送機前一天跟他們預約即可。
簡而言之旅店是還不錯，但隔音設備真的是十分差勁，且窗戶的鎖很爛也很好破壞，沒安全感的人可能不能接受。
Loved the location. Right in the city centre, so everything, basically the whole town was around walking distance..Atkinson tower and all good cafes was just behind the hotel. Jefferson jetty was also 10 mins walk and so was the sea. The staff was very friendly and greeted warmly. Room was quiet, clean and with all basic amenities. Enjoyed every minute around this area.
As this is my first solo trip, I wished to find a place that is safer to stay. The hotel is located at the centre of Gaya and I really love the strategic location. Is easy accessible to the famous Hawker centres like Yee Fung laksa, Yu Kee Bak Kut Teh and etc. Moreover, other tourist hotspot like central market, filipino market, Centrepoint mall and Suria mall is all walkable within 10minutes.
The room itself is clean and tidy. Certain parts especially the corner of window usually dusty but this hotel is not! I am really impress that the way they maintain the cleanliness of the room. Moreover, all the necessary facilities like hairdryer and safety box are provided. And I love the wifi too! Is fast! Just the water heater may take a while to warm up.
Not forget to mention about their services. They do provide free transport to airport. Just book one day ahead with the receptionist. Dun worry, the staffs are very polite and friendly! On the day I check out, they even drop me a goodbye message! What a surprise!
If you ask me to rate the hotel and I would like to rate it 10/10. With such a Budget price, the service that they provided is totally excellent! Believe me, you wouldn’t regret if you choose to stay here!
