I visited in Kota Kinabalu on my birthday! The guest Experience Manager, Elvina Jallis, She was very very kind and sweet. She celebrated my birthday sincerely. I was impressed how she was warm-hearted. And also i love the rooftop of this hotel! The sunset was amazing even though there were lots of clouds in the sky. I definitely will visite again if i come to Kotakinabula later. Thank you for your kindness, Elvina Jallis!

Excellent hospitality - room, services etc. Attending staffs were all attentive. Cute room deco to greet us. Two mini cakes and a sweet treat were sent to us upon room arrival. Lovely dinner at Favola was the highlight. Special shoutout to Mr Rodney for hosting us such a memorable night. Will surely come back for future stay & dining experience.

Had birthday celebration with my boyfriend at FAVOLA @ Kota Kinabalu. Not our first time here actually. As usual, they serve Amazing food with cozy ambience. Our favourite hotel and people in Kota Kinabalu.
Stayed 3 nights on the 12th floor with fantastic seaview and access to lounge.
Check in was a breeze, well managed by Herna, with a pleasant upgrade.
At the lounge we were greeted by the ever friendly staff, Peter, Laurain, Regina and others. We had breakfast, tea and cocktail at the lounge daily.
Well served with cocktails and other drinks by the staff. The soup noodles were excellent, with daily changes to the soup, ie chicken, beef, mushroom, etc.
Staff at the concierge were great in assisting us to move our golf bag and luggages. Miller was exceptionally helpful.
Room was spacious, clean and bright but more importantly with a glorious view of the sea.
The wash basin could be bigger.
We had a great stay, thanks largely to the friendly and helpful staff.
Will definitely staff at Le Meridien when in KK.
