Stayed twice on our recent visit to Borneo and always very much enjoyed our stay besides this being a very busy hotel. Stayed once in the duplex suite and once in the Meridian Suite, the last one being my preferred choice!!! The staff is AMAZING!!! Always there to ensure you enjoy your stay. The club lounge is an additional benefit. We also very much enjoyed the rooftop bar. Definitely a hotel I would return to when in KK.

Hotel is in a fantastic location. Facilities are outstanding and really feel luxurious. We had an executive room overlooking the sea and it was worth paying that bit extra for an upgrade to the exec lounge, where you can have breakfast, afternoon tea and alcoholic drinks/cocktails in nice surroundings free of charge. Pool area lovely, staff lovely, overall a fantastic stay.

We were very satisfied with our stay here. We were treated very well by using the club. Especially during the cocktail hour in the evening, we had buffet food, fruits, three cocktails specially made by Yuven, and warm greetings from the manager and service staff. We really appreciate and enjoy our time here and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy their holiday.

I stayed five nights at the Le Meridean and it was a wonderful experience. From the time I registered at the reception and to my room the service was excellent.The reception staff and the guest relations staff were so helpful and made my stay very comfortable.
My sincere thanks and gratitude to Suresh the GM for being so welcoming when I met him at the executive lounge.
I would like to inform whoever visits Sabah from my part of the world which is London please stay at the the Le Meridean because, the rooms are great ,the service from all the staff from the dining room to the executive lounge, were well trained and their hospitality exceptional.

Very nice place, comfortable and nice room. Staff is very friendly and helpful and make you feel special. View from 14th floor is excellent and even better from the rooftop bar.
The breakfast buffet on 14th floor is modest but delicious. The one by the reception is more elaborate and also very delicious.
