I recently stayed at this hotel with my young children and parents, after having stayed here 9 years ago. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it unfortunately coincided with Golden Week which meant that the hotel was overrun with Chinese tourists, making the hotel feel extremely busy. You couldn't go up to your room without the elevator making 2-3 stops and breakfast was a bit chaotic. That said, we booked lounge access and that was extremely nice. The 5-7 Happy Hour was so worth it. Besides the drinks, the food was excellent and we ended up skipping dinner each night because we were so full from Happy Hour. Mrs. Elvira was extremely helpful to us when we were at the Lounge and helped us coordinate small issues with our room and a take away box for my daughter when we left the hotel. You can eat breakfast in the lounge too, but my advice is don't. There are wayyyy fewer options. My only "negative" comment about the hotel is that our room was really cold and I couldn't seem to control the thermostat. We called reception and they "fixed" it numerous times, but it was never really fixed and we were uncomfortably cold while sleeping. That said, I would still stay at this hotel again.
