And if it wasn't for the toilet flushing and room temperature control issues in the room, I believe the experience would have been great instead of just good!
We are pleased to inform you that we have managed to find a solution to the flushing issue and hopefully, after the technical advise from our consultants, will be permanent. As for the room temperature control, we do apologize for the inconvenience as it is part of the green initiative to reduce carbon footprints wherever we operate and your as well as everyone's kind understanding and support is very much appreciated.
