We booked a family room that had a king and 2 single beds. The room was very spacious and beds comfortable. The bathroom is big and it has a nice shower. The overall condition of the room was good, maybe a bit tired but not too bad.

The pool is on the roof by the bar. There is a good view from up there to watch the sunset - not sure how this view will be once the construction on the seaward side/in front of the hotel is complete however.

The hotel is well located within an easy walk to Jesselton Quay and other shops and markets. Overall it met our needs and was good value. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for an economical stay in KK.
