The hotel is well located next to Jesselton Point making it easy to walk there. Also it is connected to the Mall making it easy to shop.
The rooms are massive and clean and the staff friendly.
The only thing that let it down was the breakfast. There was not the variety I expected from a 5 star hotel.
However the price was excellent and best to book direct.

The location is very strategic and convenient to go Suria Sabah shopping mall, morning or night markets, good restaurants and Jetty to go island hopping. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The hotel provides good spread of breakfast and its tasty.

Wow a great city hotel in the South China Sea and close to all the amenities that KK has to offer
Large and spacious rooms we had one overlooking the SCS and was a pleasure to see the sunset and the myriad of colours in the sky.
Staff very good
Great breakfast with lots on offer
Roof terrace offers a good view point of the city and industrious staff there
Gym was a good to have on this level.

Located next to Suria Mall, the go to place in Kota Kinabalu, spacious room with wide corridor, good sound proof and comfortable bed. Big room with a good buffet breakfast, definitely a hotel I will stay again when I'm in Kota Kinabalu! Kudos to the Grandis team!

We love our stay!
Hotel is beside the mall and has an easy access door too! We can buy whatever we like.
Buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of food choices.
Bed is soft and very relaxing
Service is also good!
They have a gym, swimming pool, and bar.
