Located next to Suria Mall, the go to place in Kota Kinabalu, spacious room with wide corridor, good sound proof and comfortable bed. Big room with a good buffet breakfast, definitely a hotel I will stay again when I'm in Kota Kinabalu! Kudos to the Grandis team!

We love our stay!
Hotel is beside the mall and has an easy access door too! We can buy whatever we like.
Buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of food choices.
Bed is soft and very relaxing
Service is also good!
They have a gym, swimming pool, and bar.

Had a deluxe with king, nice clean room. Couldn't ask for anything more. Friendly staff in all departments. Food was nice. Having a mall entrance door came in handy. All things being equal probably the best place I've stayed in kk. Will definitely return.

Clean, comfortable and modern. Was here for two nights and very pleased with the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was plentiful. Great location for walking to the night market and shopping malls, one which is connected to the hotel with numerous dining options. TV reception was marginal with limited channels.

Grandis Hotel is an excellent choice when visiting Kota Kinabalu, as it is located right in the city center and connected to the modern Suria Sabah Mall.
We enjoyed staying in this hotel as it is very centrally located, and walking distance to several attractions such as Gaya Street restaurants (Keng Wan Hing, Yu Kee Bah Kuet Teh, Restaurant Melanian, Yee Fung Laksa etc), Philippines Market, Tokay seafood market, "I love KK" Instagram spot, Wisma Merdeka shopping Mall etc.
They have a good restaurant that serves quite an extensive range of Asian and Western breakfast.
There is a rooftop bar with a swimming pool that has great sunset views in the evening around 630pm. The gym is also located on the rooftop floor.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and can recommend this hotel highly.
