I am equally disappointed with your experience. I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, with your staying period of less than 20 hours, your comments is not only extreme but also unfair.
We have notices that stated the pool opening hours and period where no staff will be around and where to obtain towels. There will be staff around during the opening hours. Because of the limited space, we cannot have too many sunbeds. But we definitely have more than 6 sunbeds. As for the breakfast, there will always be peak period where food finished quickly and will need to be replenished and of course it takes time especially for hot food. But we definitely do not stop providing food or leave the tray empty. To say much of the food is gone by 8.30 am is simply untrue.
We appreciate feedback and take them seriously and will use them to improve our products and services. We really want to provide a value stay for our guests. We really want to provide a good experience for our guests. As evident from the other many positive reviews, we are motivated to do more.
We are still recovering from the post pandemic effect, and as challenging as it is now, we appreciate patience, support and fair review. Not an extreme one to ask others to avoid as if it is life threatening.
