Grandis is a very nice hotel. Great location, polite frontdesk, helpful housekeeping, delicious food, easy access to shopping mall and most important is the cleaness of room.
We will stay again in Grandis for sure.

Excellent location for exploring. The rooms are large and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The staff are all lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very good, they are always checking to see if any dishes need refilling. We stayed here for 11 nights and loved it, we cannot wait to return to this lovely hotel.

Hotel located at the same building of modern shopping centre, easier for shopping and meal nearby.
But it's ridiculous that no extra bath towel because of fully book! Is kind of joke for 4 star hotel!

The room was spacious with a view of the sea on ongoing development site. Though i missed out of the Vision 4 channels, i still enjoyed movies on HBO. H/ever I was saddened as I missed out on Liverpool's game that was showing on channel 811, whilst the room had only channel 813. FYI, I'm a die-hard Liverpool fan since 1974. I'm also extremely pleased with the customer care of your FO (Irfan). His command of language was crystal clear and we hardly waited long to get our room. Also, we didn't know that our booking had a free dinner, which Irfan informed us. Such a welcome surprise after long day travelling from Kundasang and neighboring sites. Keep up the good work Irfan. You're the reason we will return to KK and stay with Grandis. You're the pride of Hotel Grandis
Room tip: Though Hotel Grandis is a business hotel but it's located only 5mins walk to Jesselton Point where the ferry's are located for island hoping

I have travel many places but Grandis is the best. Spacious room, cool aircond and nice sea view. Breakfast is just okay. Don't have time to explore rooftop swimming pool and sky cafe.
Will be back in Sep 2024 and this hotel is first in my list...unless fully booked.
Room tip: Worth staying here... We stayed for 4 days, no regret. It is located in Suria Mall, walking distance to seafood Todak eatery centre.

Excellent location, highly recommended!
Stayed here for four nights. Great location next to a huge mall. Team members are very pleasant, opening doors and so on. Good breakfast of freshly cooked omelettes, juices and a variety of pastries and hot coffee. Had a huge room, would highly recommend room 601 which has dual aspect windows. Would happily stay here again, thank you!
