You'd never know how nice this place in from the worn exterior. Obviously completely refurbished inside and at the delightful rooftop pool and restaurant area. Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts had everything I feel I need to eat. Highlight is the rooftop with long refreshing pool and great sunset views. Perfect location to walk 3 minutes to the jesselton pier or 10 minutes to the other markets.

We reached around noon time which is way earlier than standard check in time, the staff is very kind and let us check in early.
Location of this hotel is linked to shopping center which is very convenient for shopper
Hotel room is very clean, definately will come back again.

We booked two rooms and arrived at hotel at noon time on a Saturday. Concierge is friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival at main entrance. Lobby has cool aircon with long bench for waiting. Rooms were ready for us during check in. The room is clean and spacious. Seaview rooms overlooks the sea and islands. Hotel is attached to shopping mall through indoor passage without having to go outdoors. Buffet breakfast at hotel has selection of Asian, western, salad, bread and pastry. WiFi is free and fast. Room is cool enough. Bed and pillow is comfortable. It has been a comfortable for us.

Frontline staff are all customer oriented, very helpful. a stress free hotel. connected to the shopping mall. Nice spread of breakfast. The family room is huge which can fit 4 Adult + 1 child. Big size toilet.
