We booked two rooms and arrived at hotel at noon time on a Saturday. Concierge is friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival at main entrance. Lobby has cool aircon with long bench for waiting. Rooms were ready for us during check in. The room is clean and spacious. Seaview rooms overlooks the sea and islands. Hotel is attached to shopping mall through indoor passage without having to go outdoors. Buffet breakfast at hotel has selection of Asian, western, salad, bread and pastry. WiFi is free and fast. Room is cool enough. Bed and pillow is comfortable. It has been a comfortable for us.

all staff are awesome especially danial who s very helpful and friendly.. big potential asset for Grandis.. amazing room, food, hospitality, frontliner etc.. worth every penny spent... 110% recommended

Frontline staff are all customer oriented, very helpful. a stress free hotel. connected to the shopping mall. Nice spread of breakfast. The family room is huge which can fit 4 Adult + 1 child. Big size toilet.
