First Class Service

I would like to take a quick moment to express my sincere gratitude to the General Manager – Gerry D’Cruz and his wonderful team.

I will share with you five stars that is the reason that I am taking the time to write this note and will be coming back:

Juring the doormen has an amazing smile that he shares with you the moment his eyes meet yours.

The Front Desk who received me for check-in as if I was an arriving VIP.

The room attendants housekeeping service who I could tell had a smile on her face that despite her busy day cleaning routine she worked with her heart.

I enjoyed the afternoon tea at the lobby lounge who were attended by Nizzah the lobby lounge manageress who was very friendly and polite.

As a business owner and director, myself, I have always said, if the employees are smiling, well then their manager is always smiling!

Mr. D’Cruz you must have a great and engaging smile as all of your team members I met shared theirs with me!

Thank you again for your all’s part in a wonderful stay at The Pacific Hotel, Sutera Harbour Resort and I look forward to sharing with my family the wonderful hotel in the heart of Kota Kinabalu

GOOD VALUE AT CAFE BOLEH

We received good service & commend the restaurant staff at Cafe Boleh including Sanipa. We are regular guests at the restaurant & we always like it here. The buffet spread is ample, fresh & taste good. The lighting is always just right. Overall a lovely experience every time.

Good service.

The food tastes pretty good, but there are less choices for the price. So I feel like it’s not really worth the money. However, on the other side the servers are super nice, they took perfect care of me and my girlfriend. In addition the restaurant got a perfect view for the sunset, so I would recommend anyone who are travelling to visit here.

The pacific sutera hotel

the buffet was nice and with lots of variety!! the pools are nice as well its good for family with different age groups as they have serval areas that are for kids n adults, up to everyones interest. the hotel rooms are very clean. all the staff are really nice especially Sanipa , polite and with lots of passion!!

Best food

Good food and staf so Friendly
If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can’t wait to come back again!”I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly accommodating , the staff name is (sanipah and azmi) for minor changes and goes the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. Bravo!”I love the vibe of this place! It strikes the perfect balance between elegant and relaxed, making it ideal for any occasion. ill definitely will come here again..
