We had our best times here in kk. We went pool hopping, cafe hopping. Its just an amazing stay in magellan.
Rooms are clean, bed, pillows is very comfortable. It's worth the stay.
1 thing that I want to comment is that no operator picked up my call for room service at night 11pm.

The hotel view was awesome however due to rainy season we unable to enjoy it more. Rsvn quiet slow to response my request. Breakfast not variety of choice compare to other 5star hotel. A bit disappointed with the rsvn and call center, instead of helping me to check or transfer the line to magellan reception, they ask us to come and wait there to check by ourselves if the room is ready for check in.

I enjoyed every single time here at the magellan sutera harbour. We enjoyed the complimentary romantic dinner, complimentary bowling games, complimentary cruise and complimentary cruise. The room with sea view was awesome! Dinner at Al Fresco (the pizza especially) is super yummy and breakfast is even yummier! My husband and i were so happy and looked forward to every meal we are having here at the magellan. The hospitality and the staff were all nice and welcoming. They catered to our requests timely and even called our room upon check in to ensure that everything about the check in process and the room was okay. They also notified us on the reschedule of our cruise date/time as it was raining on our supposed cruise date. They took they responsibility well to call us an hour before to get us a new time/rebook for the cruise. The ambience of the hotel was super cozy that my pregnant self don’t want to leave the hotel. Thank you again The Magellan for the awesome stay! Will definitely come here again for our next stay in KK!

The hotel rooms located toward the sea has magnificent and beautiful sea view. Especially during sunset and twilight time, the scenery is just breathtaking. Access to the beach front is easy, guests enjoy morning and evening stroll along the beach front and the wharf for yachts. The walkway connecting the hotel and the Resort hotel is convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good value.
Room tip: Plenty of parking space. Suggest to use the basement parking during rainy season.

Had a great stay with a superb pricing package for a 5 star hotel. They offer scrumptious buffet breakfast and very pleasing view. Great pool to dip in and beautiful garden landscape.
Perfect SKY bar to chill with a panoramic view.
