Room was clean and comfy although age of the hotel was showing through the weathering of the wall paint and floors of the room.

Booked the blissful getaway package that included a sunset cruise but couldn’t even try it due to miscommunication from the receptionist. Asked them if the cruise was allowed due to slight torrential rain, receptionists told us to wait for confirmation so we waited before they told us to walk to the pier which was quite a distance away only to see the cruise sailing away as we reached the pier.

Wasted our time and effort going to the pier, if only the receptionist communicated well to the cruise staff that we were coming but apparently they cant even do that.

Package included a so called “romantic dinner” which served chicken breast as a main course. Felt cheap and below average with the whole set meal and was more of a gimmick just to include dinner making the package seem appealing.

Even free drinking water was limited with the receptionist stating maximum of 3 bottles but only 2 were sent to the room after calling them, go figure.

Plus points; clean and comfy bed, decent breakfast service and late checkout allowed.

My room location is so amazing and mesmerized. Always clean and tidy. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food for breakfast is great, many selection. A bit expensive for food and beverage but its still affordable and nice.
The view and scenery at the outside is so nice, we can swim freely for muslimah at the pool coz no proper attire needed (I mean like need to ware swimming suit etc) but not sure can swim freely at the beach, so need to double confirm with the staff.
Overall, it is a great place for vacation and business trip.

Food was a little expensive at the restaurants, but still was fairly good. You get vouchers for breakfast and dinner which is really nice. The rooms were really great and had comfortable beds. I found the price for the resort to be a good price for what is all included.
