The lobby is simple yet cosy, with coffee machine avail for waiting guest. It's a new hotel so everything look great. We received a warm welcome by the guest manager, Maxwell and his team. He encouraged us to use their facilities ie the gym and pool at Level 6. We booked a seaview room ~ panoramic view! We enjoy staying in the room, watching the surrounding livelihood ie the location is close to markets, eatery places etc. The sunset view is calming.

Strategic location with walking distance to market, tourist attraction and Suria Sabah. 5 star hotel standard with spacious living room, complete with kitchenette. I believe it's one of its kind in KK. Suitable for family. We enjoy our stay very much!

We have stayed in many places in Kota and I have to say that Citadines has been the very best. The hotel is so modern, clean and perfect at every detail. stunningly beautiful place to stay here in Citadines Waterfront KK. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination in the city. Our rooms was awesome and clean. Great stay and the guest service staffs very helpful and so kind. CANT WAIT TO RETURN! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The sea view is so awesome, the staff are all very friendly and very helpful. And if want to go to restaurants there are plenty of restaurant around for example seafood restaurants and can go to Filipino market to buy some souvenir and also have a variety of restaurant there.
