The hotel near to Kota Kinabalu City attractions. Convenience store and restaurants nearby within short walking distance . Hotel room is spacious and clean. Easy access to city centre.
Lovely welcome and an unexpected upgrade to a penthouse suite. Very comfortable bed, good shower and tea and coffee facilities. Exceptional breakfasts with welcoming and attentive staff. Lovely pool on the top floor. We were sorry we only had two nights booked!
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection. While the quality of the food was excellent, adding more variety to the breakfast menu would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Hotel for anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
