We had a great stay. The room was large, well design and clean. The bed was comfortable. The view (from 18th floor) overlooking the sea front was great. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was great as it's near the local attractions.

1st experience was terrible, barely able to sleep due to other guest was drinking outside the room corridor with a terrible noise till 4 am.
But gladly that did not happen during my 2nd stay. I believe this is an isolated problem & will be glad that hotel are able to deal with this incident more seriously
otherwise location are really strategic with good view

Heard good reviews on food here. However, it was not a pleasing experience for us. Ordered grilled beef striploin. It was dry, taste like usual shop by the roadside. Burnt cheesecake felt like the one i bake w airfryer. Totally not worth it. Will not come back and not recommend others to come. The waitress also lack of training.
Its a great hotel with nice room and balcony although the lobby are very busy with crowds of customers
