Heard good reviews on food here. However, it was not a pleasing experience for us. Ordered grilled beef striploin. It was dry, taste like usual shop by the roadside. Burnt cheesecake felt like the one i bake w airfryer. Totally not worth it. Will not come back and not recommend others to come. The waitress also lack of training.
Its a great hotel with nice room and balcony although the lobby are very busy with crowds of customers
we had a great stay at Hyatt centric! Loved all the staff, so friendly and accommodating. We loved Steve at the sky bar and he made some amazing cocktails! Thank you all! We also had a great meal in the restaurant and great buffet breakfast, so tasty and lots of great options
My husband and I recently held our wedding blessing ceremony at Level 3, Hyatt Centric, KK.
Jade, the event planner delivered a great job from the day we started planning for our wedding till the actual day. Never failed to respond to any questions or requests and did so with such enthusiasm and politeness.
The hotel staffs and services were truly exceptional. The food served during our high tea was amazingly delicious and received a lot of compliments from our wedding guests.
We both had a beautiful wonderful wedding experience!

To those who look for a hotel room with a bidet toilet, they are not!! But, staffs were friendly, view from the level 22(dining hall) and 23(swimming pool) was awesome, breakfast was great, location was perfect, very near to suria mall - just cross the road, and walking distance to anjung kinabalu & gaya street as well.
