My husband and I recently held our wedding blessing ceremony at Level 3, Hyatt Centric, KK.

Jade, the event planner delivered a great job from the day we started planning for our wedding till the actual day. Never failed to respond to any questions or requests and did so with such enthusiasm and politeness.

The hotel staffs and services were truly exceptional. The food served during our high tea was amazingly delicious and received a lot of compliments from our wedding guests.

We both had a beautiful wonderful wedding experience!
Kudos to all the Hotel team that had helped us throughout the wedding.
We highly recommend Hyatt Centric KK for any function.

To those who look for a hotel room with a bidet toilet, they are not!! But, staffs were friendly, view from the level 22(dining hall) and 23(swimming pool) was awesome, breakfast was great, location was perfect, very near to suria mall - just cross the road, and walking distance to anjung kinabalu & gaya street as well.

Staff went out of their way to make guests feel very welcome. Restaurant manager Boon who just came back from leave offered his apologies for no water in our room the day before. He owned the problem even though this was not his issue. All staffs we met were very polite and made our stay very comfortable. We will certainly come back to Hyatt next time we visit KK.
