Hyatt Centric staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and friendliness across all departments including Front Desk, Room Service, and Laundry.
The in-room dining options were delicious and served in appropriate portions. The breakfast buffet offered a sufficient variety of healthy options, though our busy family schedule limited our ability to fully indulge. The sea view from our room's balcony was delightful, adding to our overall enjoyment.
The Hyatt Centric was a beautiful hotel sited in a convenient location for the main elements of Kota Kinabalu. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection was huge. Staff were responsive to all needs. Great choice.
We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Centric. It's location is great as it's within walking distance to a lot of food places & Suria Mall is just across the road. Loved the ambience. Greatly appreciated the hotel room upgrade !
We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric KK. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Room was sparkling clean. The view of Mount Kinabalu from the room balcony was wonderful. Pool was designed in a way that you can enjoy both hill and sea view.
Everything was excellent, the service from staff, room, meals, location, price. We stayed for a couple of nights at the end of our trip after being in the rainforest lodges before flying home. We could easily have stayed another couple of nights it was that nice.
