Beautiful boutique hotel! Love the tasteful and thoughtful interior design that made the place feel really luxurious. The beds were very comfy and I had the most restful stay after a week of adventuring around the islands.

Location was convenient too, right in Sutera Avenue with great restaurants and cafes around. The room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful despite it being in such a busy area. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Toiletries and amenities were great, but what really set the room apart was the huge, gorgeous bath-tub. That made me feel so pampered.
Definitely a place I would come back to whenever I need a bit of self-care.

Best 4 star hotel we’ve stayed at. The service was exceptional and so heartfelt. You could tell the hotel was new, everything was working so well. The gym was especially great and well equipped. The rooms were spacious, clean and gave us a ‘wow’ effect first time we entered. The location is what it is but gives you more bang for your buck, and with the Grab app it is like 1 € to the beach/city center. There are really nice restaurants next to the hotel as well.

Loved staying at Luma Hotel for a week. The artistic, striking and at the same time classy deco, the consistency of excellence seen across all details from service to a toothbrush, not to mention the cheesecake and coffee, all add to a true feeling of restorative leisure and pleasure. Home away from home experience. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, and you may even bump into the inspirational and creative owner and designer behind the Luma hotel in the lobby, it is truly a place with personal touch, one I will be always recommending to all visiting KK.
