Hi,this is my first time check in to this hotel and i really2 disappointed to experience with the room cleanliness..i was found a stain at the bed linen and really can’t accep it!! The highball glass also got stain and was dirty🤮🤮🤮🤮tv cabinet lot of dust and is not cleaned🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Was at the Asian Restuarant. There were only 2 table ours 1 table and a my Ex College mate & his family ano table . ….. for my dinner I hv to wait for abt an hour. When ask a male waiter why so late, he told me there is only 1 cook….. later I. call a lady, she told me she will check on our food, she never came back.
Spoke to the guest on the next table, was told it is quite normal to wait a long time in the Restaurant for the food.
The Restaurant was serving the food for the other table of 7….. mine was 3 person dinner, I paid RM206 …. Guess this would be my last….. if 2 table with me being 1st customer for dinner and my family have to wait for an hour for our food, what would you

This popular hotel is a sound choice for your stay in Kota Kinabalu. It is in a central location close to Gaya St for the markets. Our room was showing signs of tiredness but was quite sizeable and comfortable. Pool area was ok but only two sun lounges. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice.
The room was gorgeous, v comfortable and fab shower.
Bed was very comfortable
Breakfast was good with a wide choice.
Pool was fab, with great view.
Only complaint- we asked if there was a bar, and when we went to find it, it was shut at 8pm!! Not sure if there was a problem with translation but we had to go elsewhere for a cocktail! I think we were directed to the wrong place, I can't believe a hotel like this didn't have a bar!!!
We stayed here for 2 nights and this hotel is fantastic and represented such great value for money. We had a really comfortable, clean, modern and spacious room with lots of space for your belongings. We had a safe and a kettle and tea and coffee. The bed was so comfortable and even though our room looked out over the main road, it was really quiet with good soundproofing. We had a really comfortable stay. The staff in reception are so helpful and welcoming and we liked that the hotel had a really nice pool area and a fantastic gym with really good equipment. The hotel is central and in close proximity to the waterfront and there are lots of bars and restaurants close by as well as a shopping mall with lots of food options. We’d absolutely recommend this place
