The hotel is awesome! With great varieties of breakfast option, it is one of the newest and best value hotels in KK.
The staff are polite and friendly, always greet the guests with a warm smile. This Holiday Inn Express is better than those in the States.

Just enjoy here , staff are very friendly and helpful.
Food are good , parking free , room is clean .
All departments are helpful , front office , restaurant , even security guards are smiling at me .
I would recommend this place to others and hope for better room rate

Comfortable and relaxing to stay here. IHG tea time is a nice touch. Counter Staff are polite and manager (Mr Jefi?? ) is a friendly chap.
Mobile internet reception is a bit poor though. Your hotel wifi is good but I seldom use for security reasons.
