Just enjoy here , staff are very friendly and helpful.
Food are good , parking free , room is clean .
All departments are helpful , front office , restaurant , even security guards are smiling at me .
I would recommend this place to others and hope for better room rate

Comfortable and relaxing to stay here. IHG tea time is a nice touch. Counter Staff are polite and manager (Mr Jefi?? ) is a friendly chap.
Mobile internet reception is a bit poor though. Your hotel wifi is good but I seldom use for security reasons.

Great Experience! Friendly staffs. Been in Holiday Inn Kota Kinabalu for Business trip. Everything is smooth from check-in to check-out. Plenty of parking and memebers also get complimentary High Tea during stay. Definitely will come again next time.

Very good stay experience
The room is clean and smells good. The hotel is in a good location. You can reach the lively place within a fifteen-minute walk.
Breakfast rich and varied choices.
There is room for improvement in the air-conditioning temperature. Sometimes it is not cold, but most of it is fine.
