The front desk reception were so friendly and helpful. They are always having a smile on their faces before you can even approach them, Especially (Annisa) even the house keeping crew are so meticulous in their duty. Lovely hotel and warm hotel to stay in.

The reception staff are helpful and friendly. Especially when I checked in around 9.30PM on 6th June 2024. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the room.The mattress and pillows are so comfortable especially after a long day of working and traveling from Kuala Lumpur. Thanks to the Clean Team Ms Annely.
However, the hotel may still have room to improve on the taste of hot meal / food served for breakfast buffet namely the nasi goreng ikan masin, the fried kuey teow, the porridge, the nasi lemak, the scrambled egg and the potato wedges. Your coffee is nice though.
Overall it was a short but pleasant stay.

HIE does not skimp on sleep comfort and I appreciate the nice bed and pillows! Clean bathroom and had refreshing shower water pressure.
The room is also clean and smells fresh (no musty smell) and did not trigger my dust allergy. Smiley staff. All good

Hotel room is clean and comfortable to stay longer. However, it does not have the swimming pool. The gym room is quite hot. Hotel should provide the hair conditioning specially for women. The heavy breakfast change everyday with local food

The hotel is located a bit of a walk from the main attractions and popular cafes, which could be a slight inconvenience for some. However, the convenience of having a taxi station just outside the hotel, along with the availability of e-hailing services, made transportation easy and stress-free.
The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were exceptional, consistently offering warm and welcoming hospitality throughout my stay. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests truly enhanced my experience.
If you don't mind a short walk to the city's attractions or are comfortable using taxis and e-hailing, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding staff.
Would I stay here again? Definitely!
