Hotel is clean and well organized. Rooms are tastefully decorated and specious. Have all amenities you want. 14min walk from KK waterfront. Gaya street restaurant are in 8min walk. Breakfast was good and have multiple selection, also has lot seating space. When we are there, they are fully booked, but we did not feel crowded. WIFI also fine and front desk service also good. They also have luggage storage facility.

I'm Accor Plus member since last 8 years and staying Acoor properties around the world. But here I felt lack of hospitality and un friendliness from Hotel staffs. even though I'm Accor Plus member and stayed at Hotel 4 nights.., front desk not allowing for late check out up to 2 pm.
Breakfast spread not much and same menu following every day. as per my experience I will give 3 points out of 10. Better to avoid this hotel and book some where

Stayed one night and was disappointed. The whole ambience, quality of staff and food is poor. The quality of breakfast, how it’s lay out and the dining room itself needs serious rethinking, revamping and a total overhaul. My stay reminds me of the so called 4-5* hotels in China which should be rated 2-3 *.
The only saving grace is the room which is clean. However, the air conditioning is knackered! It’s needs servicing as it is running on half steam. Had to remove the duvet as it’s too warm to sleep in one even with the air conditioning on.
The only positive experience was a superb female staff in reception. She was exceptional.
Perhaps management should stay one night incognito in Holiday Inn Express up the road and see how things are done there cause that’s where we are staying now. Superb. Mercury is not a patch on Holiday Inn Express.
