Overall stay was good except for food varieties and taste as well as room conditions which were below my expectation. Nevertheless, the hospitality shown by front counter, parking facility operator and front hotel officers were excellent.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and convenience as the hotel is opposite with East Coast Mall. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuantan.
The room is very old without any maintain, lighting poorly design , front desk service is very not professional. When ask for clean up room, nobody come and reason given is nobody will notice the make up room button, have to call from my room to request?Breakfast food is not refill on time when we are there most food left little.
The room and bed are acceptable but the bathroom specifically the sink counter was with black mold.
Location of the hotel is good where at the opposite is East Coat Mall for shopping & food.
Very limited TV channel for 5* hotel
Breakfast is at average.
30 min to wait for lift, lack of staff , late check in even come early cuz the room is not ready in Malaysia day.
Food is superb.
Not enough staff to clean up n set up table. Will not come again ……………………………..,,,,,,,,,,…,,,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
