Our first time eating Okinawan food was here! We chose the Japanese style table, but didn't need to sit crossed legged as there were benches too! If you sit at a table with chairs, no need to remove your shoes. Thank goodness they had a menu written in English with pictures too; nevertheless, have your google translate ready!!! I ordered a glass of saki and wanted a cup of water too. Bless her heart...the waitress misunderstood and watered down my saki, lol! I didn't complain because she was sweet and trying so hard to understand my southern American english accent, haha. We ordered the multi course dinner to sample many dishes rather than order ala carte. The presentation and flavor of the food was very pleasing. It is only 1/2 block from the Makishi monorail station.
