Overall hotel: 4 stars. Clean. Has laundry facility and a desk for baggage delivery across all region in Japan. You can take a shuttle bus to Disney hotel which is opposite. Free pajamas is also provided. Family Mart is within the compound ad there is a paid parking space within the hotel.

Check-in/ Check out: 5 stars. Fast and Efficient less than 2 minutes.

Service: 4 stars. Standard Japanese hotel service. There is no bell service. You can use a trolley for your luggages. The hotel has baggage delivery service to other city on premise. Breakfast is included in a bento style which you can take it out with you or you can eat in the area.

Room: 4 stars. Clean, well equipped and spacious compared to standard Japanese hotel. The hotel is quite new.

Amenities: 4 stars. You’ll have everything you need here.

Food: 3 stars. Breakfast is provide in a box which is convenient but the menu tends to be the same everyday. So if you stay for a few days it will be a bit boring. But overall, it is good. You just have to pick your breakfast up in time. If it ran out, you will have nothing to eat in the morning.

Kids Friendly: 5 stars. Absolutely for kids! There is a small play area and also a family room with bunk bed and space for kids to enjoy.

We booked for the family room, stating its for 4 people, but my friend join last minute so we thought its still the same as the room can accommodate up to 5 people..

But we’re charged for extra person, since its not that expensive so its not a problem..

The family room has 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, 1 dining table in the middle..
Its very comfortable and very clean too!

The bathroom has a bathtub, its convenient even for elderly .. Very good amenities, they provide toothbrush, towel, shower cap, kimono all for 5 people..

In the lobby, the have small lounge, you can have free flow drinks..
They provide microwave too!

There’s food truck just outside the lobby..

Few restaurants around 15 minutes walk from the hotel..

Shuttle bus are provided to go to Disneyland, Disneysea and Station..

While the location may be a little obscure La Gent makes up for it in service and extra amenities.
Everyone was very helpful and lovely, we never really had any issues during our 3 night stay.
There is a Lawsons right across the parking lot that was perfect for buying dinner etc to take back to the dining area at the hotel. There's not really any dinner options around but the hotel had a huge area where they have microwaves and a variety of free drinks of an evening. Breakfast is pretty average..but it's free.
We had the Deluxe extra large family room
And there was sufficient space for our family of 6. The beds are very firm which I believe is fairly typical of Japanese hotels. The pillows were bean filled and odd for us but we got used to it.
The bathroom was brilliant and they had everything from toothbrushes to hair combs and pyjamas for everyone.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, very cost effective for those visiting Disney as they have a free shuttle that goes too and from, the shuttle gets very busy at peak times so make sure to watch the schedule times and wait outside early.
Would happily stay again.

Room is very spacious for 2adults & 2kids (6&10yo) & luggage’s. Free drinks from 2pm to 1am. Bento Boxes for breakfast which is kind a cute & very Japanese. Lawson Convenient Store is just outside the hotel, you can buy & eat at the hotel. Shuttle Bus for Disneyland & DisneySea is also available making it convenient for the guests. So many toilet amenities, SPOT ON clean & spacious toilet I can actually sleep there. Separate bathroom. They also provide PJ’s both for adults & kids. Play area at the hotel entrance is a bit small but for small kids I guess it’s big enough. They have a bending machine for drinks, a self service laundry (it’s our 1st time to use one) for ¥500 or less, just make sure to watch if the time because there is only like 4 machines & people line up to wash as well.

Good value for money. We were happy with our (Japanese style) room. Lots of bathroom amenities were provided, as well as PJs. Breakfast was a choice of different bento boxes - we would have prefer plainer breakfast food, like some buns or pastries. The bus to Disney is handy, but instructions about where to catch it could have been clearer. Also, when we visited the buses were very crowded, making them potentially unsafe, especially for small children. I'm planning another trip to Tokyo Disney next year, but I think I will pay more to stay closer to the parks next time.
