Nice shuttle service, nice size room, nice staff, nice price, nice and clean, but with the best breakfast buffet I have ever had at a hotel, serving both East and West food, so you can try something that might be out of your comfort zone. I was able to try Ajijo, I never heard of Ajijo before I put it over rice and really enjoyed it. This hotel is well worth the money!

Great having a free shuttle from the airport. Room was more spacious than we imagined. Super quiet & comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly & helpful along with a handy 7/11 store inside the hotel. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of Western & Japanese foods. Would highly recommend if looking for an economical & hotel close to the airport & Narita Express train station.
My compliments to the staff at the front desk. Very professional and accommodating to our family with a 3 year old. Room was very clean and quiet. The hotel is utilized by airlines as crews from different airlines stay there. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
