A typical 4-star hotel. The room is of a good size - about 25 sq m. Considered to be large in accordance with general Japanese standard. The furnishings and furniture are fine and adequate, but nothing luxurious looking. Same as the buffet breakfast. Adequate choices, including both western and Japanese style. But nothing special. Overall a comfortable airport hotel.

Room tip: The hotel provides shuttle service from and to the airport. And also from and to Narita Rail Station.

Been here many times and while the rooms are OK, the fitness room really need to be redone. It is really too small for more than 5-6 people. The aerobic equipment are too close together, with no breathing space.

The 711 store is a great addition, and provides options for snacks and hydration. However, a 24 hour service would be much better, as a lot of airline crew stay here and our sleep cycles may not necessary be in sync with local time yet.

Checkin process tedious and the staff ignored my pleading to help me find my glasses after I left them either on the bus or in the room after I was already at the airport. A lot of Indians work there who are not the most honest of people overall, and maybe one of them liked my 200 dollar Raybans for themselves.

This hotel is a good value, has ATM, money changer, 7-11 and a laundry room. The town of Narita is 30 minute walk or a short bus ride--it has an iconic temple complex and the Japanese National History Museum is a 15 minute taxi ride it has a very comprehensive overview of Japanese history set in a very nice park. If it is sakura or momiji season the park should have some very nice flowers/leaf display.

Room tip: If you are able to get a local taxi--from the area--the fares can be 30-50% less than airport taxis.

Bed was firm - good support. One of the few hotels that still provide amenities these days.
Convenience store within hotel (7 Eleven) - very convenient. Fitness room still as before - equipment getting dated, some rust can be seen in some areas. Treadmills are TOO CLOSE together....as if one is working out with a bosom buddy (see pic). Need to be spaced at least 3 feet apart for personal space.
