Nice hotel

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 8 Aug 2017via mobile
I stay some hotel so many times at Narita. This hotel has good value and big room compare with around Narita. In my case, spent 8,000 YEN a day include breakfast. Disadvantage points were;
- Wi-Fi and wired LAN are not free, if use its, need spend 1,100 YEN a day.
- no bidet system in the restroom.
- bit far to Narita station and airport but this hotel offers shuttle bus.
When you stay general hotel in Japan, you may surprise by the size of room. So, I recommend the big room that this hotel has, especially if you have big body.

The Garden Hotel is about 30 minutes by shuttle from the Narita airport. The shuttles from the airport to the hotel are free and leave the airport about every 30 minutes. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, super clean, and well appointed. Comfortable beds? Yes. Television, fridge, hotpot, coffee/tea, iron/ironing board? Yes. Big tub and shower bathroom with ultra modern Japanese toilet? Check. Great views of the Chiba temple from your room window? Yes. There is also a nice little gift shop and restaurant on the property. The only downside to the hotel is that the internet is not free! This is an odd thing in Japan. There is internet available, but it comes at a daily cost.

This was really close to the hotel with shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport. Although the rooms are a bit small it was adequate. They provide a shuttle service to the nearest train stations which is Keisei and JR and The Aeon City which has a mall and quite an interesting area of other facilities like a Cinema, Supermarket, Electronic shops etc..The WiFi facility was not free it was Yen1000/- per day and the restaurant also provides 3 meals a day provided you pay for it.

The staff as always the case in Japan were super efficient and excellent! They really do go out of the way to help you and look after all your needs when it comes to your comfort!

This wasn't my first stay and certainly it will not be the last either!

Friendly check-in, basic and clean room. View of rice field at the back. Shuttle from Narita airport v convenient. Shuttle to the mall at various timings is good for meal times & take-always. Recommend you eat at the mall as the village is quite expensive.

I stay here for 4 nights in 1st week of May 2017. I landed in Narita Airport & wonder how to reach the hotel. But Airport Info desk told me to take the shuttle bus from Halt No 26. Its very convenient which runs every 30 minutes if I am correct. In addition there is another shuttle runs from hotel to Narita JR station every 1 hour or so. All these shuttle are totally free. There is a small Grocery shop right in front of the hotel. take only 5 minutes walk. very friendly front office staff. always ready to help.all and all nice hotel.Room Internet is chargeable. But free WIFI lounge available in ground floor.

Stingy Japanese service! Doll room! All the little, bed, bathroom. Japanese minimalism in everything! The most interesting is a very nice Bathrobe in the room. It can be purchased on reception. Do not consider hygienic reusable Slippers in the room. Shampoo and shower gel-nice! The most unpleasant that free wifi only in the lobby, in the rooms it is paid. And also, frustrating that the room has a kettle, but if you drank all the tea in the room, and decide on Breakfast, grab a tea bag, you have it taken away-and do it not very tactfully! Amazing! Always thought the Japanese are the most considerate and nice people. Small shop inside has all sorts of interesting things, prices in all of Japan are the same! You can buy interesting Souvenirs. From the hotel there's shuttle-bus drive to the Mall and also to station (1h or 2h from station and you're in Tokyo) The city's so far. For those who remained in transit for a couple of nights-the hotel is not bad.
