We called a booking for 9.30pm and didn't speak fluent Japanese, the employee who picked the phone just answer with "yes yes yes" so we thought our booking is confirmed at 9.30pm. When we arrived at the entrance, the employee welcomed us nicely but when they realised we we're foreigners because we can't speak fluent Japanese, the instantly said "sorry closed sorry closed" whatever we said or try to explain about the booking afterwards, they just replied with "closed closed closed". While we walked out of the restaurant, about 8 Japanese locals just came outside just finished their meal. We were 6 people. They are closed 12am everyday but didn't accept us (6 people) at 9.30pm when 8 people just came out of the restaurant at the same time. So I assumed this is racism. So don't bother coming or making a booking here if i don't look Japanese and speak fluent Japanese.
