We took a snorkel trip with our group. The day was windy, but they found a relatively sheltered place for us to snorkel. No instruction was given, to the regret of the novices in the group. They also strongly suggested wet suits, but the water was fine (but we are used to cold weather). They were professional and polite and worked hard to accommodate the group around our limited time and the weather.

Dear Kathy

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We are happy you and your students enjoyed the snorkeling trip even though you caught unfortunately a windy weekend. We recommend the shorties not only for the cold water temperature, but also for the sun protection, which is very important. We hope to welcome you again for some more private snorkeling trips, maybe next time there will be more time for a full day snorkeling excursion on our big safari boat "M/Y Harmattan". :)

Warm regards from Aqaba,
your Sinai Divers Team

Although not a very experienced (BSAC Open Water) Diver, I have had days diving with PADI establishments in Malta, Mauritius and Oman. The Sinai Divers set up was far better than the others I have experienced. I was made most welcome having contacted the site on the Internet. They were highly professional, making double sure (correctly) that my medical was up to date. The set up at the hotel gave me confidence in what to expect. I had 3 dives with Veronica, Rabei and Leora all of whom were charming and true professionals. The dive on the Cedar Pride was stunning - cannot recommend them highly enough - everything I had hoped for.

Dear John

Thank you very much for taking your time for this nice review. We are very glad you enjoyed your time with us. For sure we take very much care of the medical conditions of our divers, because in the end we want happy, smiling and healthy divers. We hope to see you again here in Aqaba. Keep on diving :)

Sunny regards from Aqaba,

Last week I was lucky to dive with sinai divers.
Fortunately it was a week where there were not many guests so I was lucky to dive more relaxed with most of the dive guides.
sinai divers were very open for my specific requests.
I will need to come back again as we had a nice big rainshower in the middle of the week that troubled the water a lot and therefore many dive spots were not accessible.
The day after the rain, they were very honest to say that the visibility wouldn't be good for the next week so that certain divespots were not open. I know that other dive centers wouldn't do this just to get your money.
The house reef is very well worth to go on, beautifull and a whole lot to see. Lots of eels, juvenile fish, nudibranches, lionfish, stionefish etc.
The Cedar Pride is a beautifull shipwreck with the mast as top of the glory to look at. This ship should be treated with the greatest care the next years...
Thanks a lot to Kareem, Leo, Vero, Lieven (for talking to my little girl), Ivana, Rabei and all the others I forget and I hope to come back again.

Dear Jeroen

Thank you so much for taking your time to write about our dive center. We are very happy you enjoyed the diving and your vacation. This was really unlucky with the rain, but unfortunately this is one of the few things we cannot influence. Our biggest goal is to see our divers happy even if this means, that we have to tell them about bad conditions. We really hope to welcome you and your family again here in Aqaba and to show you all the other beautiful dive spots :)

Sunny regards from Aqaba,
your Sinai Divers team

As a family of 4 with different amounts of diving experience, we wanted to see Red Sea corals and fish away from crowds, and Sinai Divers delivered superbly! Ivana dealt with our initial email correspondance and set us up for 5 days of diving. We arrived to find a really spacious and well organized dive centre very conveniently within the grounds of the Movenpick hotel. Our first dive was with Leora on the house reef off the beach, which was very good for coral and fish, but a little noisy overhead with jet skis! We then had alternate days diving from the speedboat ( 10.30 and 14.30 outings) or the large day cruising boat ( 08.30 start) . Veronica led us on these dives, and we made 3 visits to the spectacular Cedar Pride wreck, covered in all kinds of corals especially around the photogenic crows nest and masts, and the other dives on the various reefs along the coastline. This is a photographer's paradise with great viz, uncrowded small group diving, and the reefs in immaculate pristine condition and full of fish and macro life. The Tank is also an interresting novelty dive not found elsewhere. Both speedboat and large day boat can visit mostly the same dive sites, but we would highly recommend the large day boat for relaxing days out with 3 dives available on a beautiful spacious boat with tasty lunch and cold drinks, and a boat crew who could not have been more attentive and helpful ( I've never had anyone help me with putting on fins before ! ). Equipment was all in good order, safety clearly high priority. We will be looking to come back as soon as we can!
