Currently, there is a new restaurant opening, located next to our restaurant. From the signboard, the content they do is quite similar to ours, to the address they also take our address.
There have been many cases of confusion leading to unfortunate results, even when customers discovered it after eating and came back to give us feedback about it.
I learned that they do not have English-speaking staff, it is difficult to communicate, order food, and do not have the confidence to serve foreign customers.
We have tried our best to inform you by all means
But there's still a lot of confusion,

Furthermore, I am the restaurant owner, the one who directly serves each of my customers, whom you consider rude.
I am even more certain that you have not come to our restaurant, and have not had direct contact with us
As for hygiene, we have one person responsible for the general hygiene of the restaurant, even the toilets are very clean and are checked regularly, there is no such thing as an unclean restaurant.
The restaurant is very happy and proud to welcome each guest to our restaurant to dine
