The treatment

The treatment is good by the receptionist Youssef and the employee Alaa and they are lenient in procedures and in customer service. The hotel is one of the best hotels in Al Ain in terms of cleanliness and safety procedures and the hotel facilities are good. I advise you to visit the hotel and stay in it

One night stay

I came to bawadi hotrl its near by mall and i love the location very near to mall and accessble area its quite good place anf i love swimming pool all staff here everything is good here including yousuf reception i will come here again

I liked the hotel so much and i loved the service in ayla bawadi hotel and i will come every time if i have i chance to visit alain city and i will stay at ayla bawadi hotel , and i like the rooms that have a great designs

all the staff are nice and friendly… the hotel is so convient coz its connected to the mall…the room is neat and clean

rated it 5… the ambiance is nice.. specially ms.roxanne who assist me in her very best… excellent job…

i experienced ate my lunch (buffet)and it was outstanding…mr. hazem accompanied me and tell me all about the foods .. i liked the grilled chicken , salads, kebab and the desserts..splendid.. thumbs up

when i check out ms.rose on the front desk and she have a pleasant smile… good job hope to see all of u soon

Room tip: some of lights in the room are not working… smell for bathroom cause of drainage maybe… the door connected to the mall the floor is sticky

Good stay

My best regards to all crew and staff.involved in the work. You r all providing best service in every occassion. So helpful as well. Especially the guy Ragesh swimming guard. He is just outstanding.. Good in handling guest sp friendly tooo. Thank you once again all of u.
