Central location, close to bazar And other historical places. High quality of service, staff, room equipment. To use swimming pool You have to buy cap. Very atractive prices for this quality. And amazing view from the roof restaurant

Right in the city center, reasonable price.
Staff are so kind and helpfull.
Car parking, seimming pool, sauna, they’ve got everything together with shuttle to Erciyes Ski Center.
iy you are staying more than 1 day then you need to renew your room key on the next day before you go to your room! it doesn’t work after 12 o’clock!

this hotel is right in the middle and boasts good city views. There is plenty of food choices nearby or the hotel can even give you Frech fries! Breakfast is a good plunge into Turkish culture and you will love it for sure,

I did choose this hotel due to its location. The hotel was a bit rundown but the rooms were recently renovated, so it was OK. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and the price compared to other surrounding hotels was definitely a bargain. There is a bar within the hotel, which is a plus in a city like Kayseri which is quite conservative. Unfortunatey the restaurant in the 12th floor of the hotel was a bit disappointing. Te menu was average, the wine list did not reflect the wines being sold and the staff was not happy at all. overall it was an OK experience.

Room tip: high floor with mountain view

The hotel was very old the enterence and the loby was not like a Hilton. This area is a one of the most famous ski center of Turkey. We were here for ski ofcourse but in this Hilton there was no any Turkish or Fin Bath this was very big deficiency for these kind of activities. The only good thing was housekeeper Mrs.Mevlan . She was very kind and helpfull from all other staffs. The breakfast was very ordinary. I will not advise any one for ski.
