+ I absolutely loved the place!!! amazing place to spend a vacation with family ♥ nature is amazing only their beautiful garden speaks about a lot ! and I loved food, every day something new and tasty ! amazing service , all smiling and doing their best to make your day beautiful! animation was also superb ) the theater was full every day. beach was clean. During all day one is able to eat and drink at different cafes that were there around.
-Only thing that made me feel really angry are the people who leave their towels on beach and occupy the place!!!
On behalf of my family I would like to thank everyone who made my vacation so beautiful ♥

We visited last September nearly end of the hotel season.
If you have booked it's not holidays from hell but it's not what it should be. We didn't let these things ruin our holiday as we're not the type, however some may do.
First off if you are English that seek other English holiday makers. Do not book here. At any one time there was about 6 English people.
Good:
The food. Varied and hot. A la carte we only ate in Italian food; good what we had. Service started good but ended badly when we'd been forgotten. Sitting for 45 mins waiting on a pizza.
Lots of loungers pool, beach and gardens/grounds.
The barman in the lobby and umbrella bar; Hakan, Serkan and Ilhan. Very good service from all 3.
Grounds and garden good.
View from hotel rooms from what we could see would be majority sea rooms (unless ground floor) and with amazing views.
Fridges in lobby bar always had complimentary bottled waters and in your room 2 bottles left daily. Use of fridge kept them very cold.
The animation team the first half of the week we didn't have much interaction from them if any, but Alico started mid week and we felt that dramatically changed it. He was very good and Anil also was good. The shows and evening entertainment was the usuals and good but not a lot in English!
Our room was huge with big wardrobes and cupboard space safe included.
I left my phone in the restaurant one morning and one of the managers mustafa had retrieved it. We felt it would have been gone if in England.

The not so good:
Our key card slot hanging off the wall in the room (electrics).
Missing or broken tiles by the 100s across the pool and hotel Grounds.
Spillages/ rubbish left for 2-4 days. A cake for example squashed into the floor on the way down to the pool area... 4 days and still to be cleaned up.
Drinks machines forever empty. In the restaurant there's a juice and water machine. It was empty one night at dinner next morning still not full, that evening nothing, next morning and evening still nothing.
You can have bottles of water at dinner 1.5l. A waiter will bring them to the tables unless your English. (That's how we felt anyway) towards the end of the week we just helped ourselves. The second evening we had asked a worker in the restaurant for a bottle of water only to be told no and then I asked again he said no English!
The tables did not seem to be relaid once used (only occasionally at breakfast) so find a table with cutlery or you'll need to hunt someone down to find you some.
The hotel closes at the end of September and we only wondered if this is why a lot of things were closed. But that should be stated when you book! 1 a la carte was closed, the sky bar closed, the patisserie never had anything in other than the ice cream, after the first day there were no Pancakes at breakfast (the first day a lady made fresh ones which were amazing), it stated biscuits and cookies with tea and coffee we never had biscuits or cookies. On the leaflet when we arrived It stated ice cream was available til 15th September (1 day before we left). First days ice cream was 4 flavours from then on it was only lemon as the rest had run out! The lemon was too sharp for me!
The music is very loud around the pool. It started about 10:30 when the animation team came and continued most of the day. Then in the evening the umbrella bar was where the music was. This was til midnight and could be heard in the rooms if you went to bed before
This was stated when booked however we did not realise just how many there would be.... a lot of steps. One of the few English told us he counted to the beach 90 steps. There was then steps from that level up past the pool to the bars then from the bars to the ground floor of the rooms I'd say easily another 50-60 steps. We were then the fourth floor up

It feels very negative which it wasn’t but just a lot of small things we felt could have been easily rectified.

It was great although we had a small problem with the room first -solved quickly. The animation was fun though. The animators, especially Barış, were fun, friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

Recently returned after 12 night stay - Check in was speedy and reception staff were pleasant helpful and spoke good English throughout our stay. Rooms are in need of updating but very large and clean - room cleaning was also good . The hotel is looking tired and pool area is need of a revamp - had no problem with sunbeds. Staff were pleasant in bars and restaurant but they do need more of them. Food was horrendous - only one person cooking eggs / pancakes at breakfast resulting in long queues . The restaurant by the beach I feel is a waste of time as very little choice of which half was not available also lack of interest from the member of staff there. After looking at the restaurant in the evening we ate out at Ladies Beach every night and some lunchtimes - had lovey meals at a really reasonable price. The hotel is geared to Romanians and Russians but felt we were not ignored by the staff.
My sister stayed at the Le Bleu next door while we were there and this is certainly a more upmarket hotel.
It appears that there is a lot of penny pinching here - lack of choice of drinks - I realise that only local spirits are on the all inclusive but these were lacking - also food choices.
I would not return or recommend this hotel as there was more negatives than pluses -

One of the best vacations I ever had. Great rooms(but old and also some problems with the lights), nice sea view from balcony,huge and beatiful garden, many places to spend time, good and fresh food , poor alcoholic beverages, polite personnel, friendly entertaiment team, private and clean beach, clean pools, good music at the pools and disco. I would turn back.
