Very dissapointing experience. Food was genuinely quite poor. My family dined here together and the Thai in New Zealand is miles better than this. I've spent a lot of time in Thailand but you can find better food on any street corner. Staff were friendly and the actual restaurant is pleasant but the food was a huge let down, especially for the price you pay. Will certainly not return

Nothing special as far as food is concerned. We ordered pizza and green curry chicken. The consolation is there's seating for smokers.

Apologies to the owners in advance but I have to be honest.

We live in Phuket and must admit we haven’t been to urban food for a while but thought we would give it another try.

When we entered the Restraunt we picked a table and flagged a member of staff for the menu then waited another 5 very long minutes to have our order taken. The staff looked generally very busy and slightly upset with one or 2 tut’s and rolling eyes.

It didn’t seem that there was a manager around.

We ordered gyoza and shrimp to start with. The gyoza was oily and soggy on one side and burnt on the other. The shrimp looked farmed and tasted ..........ok

We then ordered ribs and home made penne carbonara. The penne was from a packet just like the carbonara sauce and the ribs were out of the microwave with out of the bag bbq sauce tipped over the top.

Over all not very appealing, we were
Hungry so ate most of it but I doubt we will be rushing back.

Worth mentioning, that there was no seasoning at all on any of the food.

Great place with kids. Adults get to eat Thai food and kids get to eat western stuff! The glass noodles were pretty good and tom yam soup had just a bit too much coconut milk, morning glory tasted great but could have shorter stems. Fish and chips were nicely breaded and golden crispy.

Very clean place. Food was tasty and well presented. Freshly cooked. Staff were ok however lacked the continental flair. Kitchen impeccable. Adequate for Thailand. Need a little more training for better customer service. Since it is in a mall and has a diversity of customers. Asked to speak to manager to compliment but was preoccupied with other.
