For those who may want a change from the delicious local Thai food every day, I suggest to try the Mediterranean cuisine of one of the 'Wine Connection' restaurants, apparently a popular chain in Thailand. A little bit of everything from Italian, Spanish, French and Greek cuisine. I was surprised about the good quality of food and fresh ingredients. They offer a variety of home made pasta, Italian style. I really liked the tuna (rare) with sesame seed crust on black linguine.
And while you pay probably more than twice as much for the dishes compared to local authentic Thai food, the variety of international good quality wines they offer here at reasonable prices are worth to come for dinner.
