Just a block away from the Pullman Hotel one way and the big modern mall the other way, it is a small but interesting shrine. Nice surrounding park that is relaxing despite adjacent traffic. Particularly pretty at night with lights in the trees that stay on all night.

Come to pray respect during the day and revisit again at night to see the colored lights around the shrine. It is really beautiful and not too busy as the one in Bangkok

Khon Kean is the big city in a northeast of Thailand. It’s set up since 2340(B.E) and has changed to a new area several times. Today, Khon Kean is the center of Northeast of Thailand and will have many developing plan in a few year, and will be the most important destination for tourism and business, later. These mean Khon Kean has an interesting-long history.
The most important place for the all Thai cites (provinces) is the city pillar. Khon Kean is the same. The shrine of Khon kean city pillar is in the center of city, nearly to many big hotels, such as Ko-Sa, Pullman and closely to traveling areas.
Many business men have an interval stop and rest in Khon Kean city before continue their activities. They should be spent one night at the shrine of city pillar. It’s has recommended only on night trip because it is cool and beautiful when taking selfy photo.
