We completely loved the stay every minute. It began with the welcome process and ended with the goodbye. In between we loved every single minute! We stayed in a manor villa and were happy about the hostage. So priate and personal; from the reception to the house keeping. Nice pools, cosy home peaceful, quiet. Go there if you are looking for a peaceful stay. Soooo friendly employees (naming Night, May, Bee, Khao from the reception and all the others). You will need a moskitoo repelent as the pond in the middle of the resort is obvioussly a manget for the moskotoos.)
You need a motorbile rent to go to Khao Lak, but it's worth doing it.
We will go there again as the whole experience was 100% perfect!!!!

We stayed for 9 days during Christmas and we all had a great time! It is a very relaxing place, even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet.Great place to relax with the family! Staff is very friendly, good breakfast buffet and everything was always clean.

Breakfast restuarant is placed in the jungle. Dinner at the beach restuarant, very good food both international and thai. Very good clean sandy beach and swimming pool if you prefer that. All over very good.

We stayed at Estate Deluxe room. The room is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Lots of tress surrounded us and the lap pool by the breakfast restaurant is nice. Breakfast is plentiful and variety. I really like the seasonal fruit they offer. Staffs are great and helpful. Thumbs up!

We stayed one night, 2 families with small kids taking 2 "Manor rooms" (1 up from Estate rooms"). Booked the evening before with Khun/Miss Kung and when we arrived we pleasantly surprised to be upgraded.

Rooms:
- good facilities TV, good aircon, very big bed, nice clean bathroom (shower) with windows and plants round 3-sides.
- provided baby cot (free for us) and some free fruit basket.
- sliding window-door onto small wood patio, screened from the path by small treees

Ground/facilities:
- you go down a steep hill from the road to get to the hotel, and the reception (plus breakfast room) is about 2 floor above the accomodation.
- nicely landscaped with small lake/pond with fish, and a tropical greenery so some shade but not feeling closed-in.
- adult/quite lap-pool by reception plus small pool on beachfront with small kids area and beach restaurant plus small off-beach sandy area below trees for shade.
- I had a great Thai massage which was well priced at 60 mins for 300THB (Khun Yip)
- nice beach with some waves but much LESS than further north in Khao Lak (and at start may we were into the waves season - whihc can be dangerous towards July/summer).
- Rocks to explore in this area of the beach (good for kids) but not dangerous for when you enter:exit the sea. Good sandy area here.

Food:
- very good western (burgers, spaghetti, grileld fish, etc) and Thai dishes. Menu large enough for choice but small enough to remain good quality. Prices were very reasonable. We ate 3X at the pool area. Breakfast also good but had mosquitos.

Room Tip: Manor 1 and 2 just 20m from the beach and the pool, spacious comfortable and well equipped. Can take adults plus 2 kids (and 3 at a pinch).
