First time being in Thailand and It's hard where to choose to stay but this was a good choice.

Travelling with 2 friends so we choose the room with 3 single beds, was clean spacious and bathroom was adequate. Arrived late at night and the key was waiting sorted the pay in the morning good price and the receptionist's were always willing to help give us information and stuff to do in the area.

Be warned Khao Lak has some great beaches and tourist areas but the locals struggle to speak any English. But first time in Thailand was a fun interesting start. Would happily return here.

Very friendly and helpfull staff.
The rooms have seen their best days but with this price I did not expect luxury. All basics such as AC, running water, electricity, fridge are working fine.
Location is good, by the main road within walking distance to the beach (little over 1km). I ended up stayng here for two months.
Downstairs I found one of the best massages, even many my friends ended up going there many times.

Enjoyed our stay here. Lovely helpfull girl on reception. Very clean rooms, all freshly painted, comfy beds and agood shower.
Strange system for breakfast though, they bring you a toasted egg sandwich to your room at, we were told 08.30 but in fact it arrived at 08.00 Better off staying in bed.
Beach is about a 15 minute walk away.
Right in the centre, and the rooms at the front maybe a little noisy. Overall very nice.

You cannot beat the price and location of this place. It is a full on hotel with spa and simple breakfast, for 1000 baht/night.

It's a little hard to see as there is no big flashy entrance. The staff is excellent. Room was spacious, comfy, and really good shower. A nice deck to hang your wet things. A bit of a walk to the beach.

This place is kind of hard to find because it doesn't have a showy front. But don't judge a book by it's cover. Staff is really nice and the price is really cheap. The rooms are huge with enough space to settle your things and still move around. Shower and restroom are inside the room. Fresh towels are provided every day and the beds are made aswell. A downside is that it has no beach access and you have to walk like 15 min across the street to get there, but once you get there it's worth it. The beach has a small light house which makes the view amazing, also it's on a place where a riptide occurs so there's fun waves. Don't go to the light house! Sharp rocks!
