Held a meeting there. There was a lack of communication between the sales rep and the hotel staff. I was met with a little attitude because I was told one thing by the sales rep, but that message was not passed to the hotel staff so they were not prepared for me as far as the meeting room. Once we got past that the staff went out of their way to make sure everything went as smooth as it could for my meeting. The elevator also was out of service the weekend I was there, and Megan graciously offered to help me get my heavy suitcase up the stairs. And the morning I left another staff member helped me get it down the stairs. The room was clean and very spacious. My only real issue was how well I was able to hear the very noisy couple in the room next to me, but that’s not really the fault of the hotel (other than adding more insulation in walls between rooms!) Overall I would say above average experience given the helpfulness of the staff.
