this is a great location when visiting SUNY Albany. The hotel is clean and well kept. Special kudos to Matthew at the front desk who I interacted with upon arriving and checking out. He is courteous and well informed.

Our stay was great from the beginning. We arrived early and Matthew was at the desk. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. When asked about area restaurants, he named a few. He gave directions and even called ahead to make sure the restaurant was open. It was so nice seeing him at the desk with his big smile.

I visited Albany for the first time this weekend. I had a horrible experience with the Hilton Hotel on lodge Ave. My school provided me with a list of hotels and I randomly selected this one as my second choice. I had the pleasure of being greeted and taken care of by Mathew... He truly made the remainder of my trip in Albany a pleasure. He helped me with a smooth check-in and check out. Sometimes when you have a bad experience at one hotel the experiences seems to follow.. Needless to say, I have to return back to Albany in January and I will be booking with this hotel again because of the service I received.

The Desk "Agent" Matthew was courteous and respectful. He was helpful with hotel amenities and what was available to us through our stay. Any question we asked he was on point with answers about the area and even the University.
Only stayed one night but we will recommend the Courtyard to other parents dropping their college students off in that area.

Pretty decent Marriott. Big room nice shower. The bed was a bit hard. Not sure if it was just the bed we have or if all are like that. Got a decent rate signing up as a member. Wished they had breakfast included. Not a deal breaker. Would go back again.

We just finished our renovation where all of our rooms got a nice face lift with brand new beds and furniture to match! It's our way of staying hip with the times and making sure that our guests, like you, are relaxed while staying with us!

I held a meeting here in their boardroom and it was very good. The staff was super accommodating and the space was very good for the needs that we had. The location is very convenient to the highway which made getting here easy. The hotel is recently remodeled, so it has a clean and fresh feel.
I did not stay in the rooms or have any of the food, so I cannot comment on those. I can imagine that those are fine as most Courtyards are very good.
