Fantastic from start to finish. Staff were wonderful, the room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in. Pool was clean and a nice way to end the day. Hotel is also close to plenty of restaurants and easily accessible from the highway. Appreciate the military discount as well, for the best hotel we stayed at this trip it was also the cheapest.

We come to this hotel every year and it never disappoints. The staff are outstanding and this time we had the pleasure of meeting Ray and he exceeded all of our expectations. He was a wonderful front desk clerk and so very helpful with all of our questions. His demeanor was sweet, and he was really knowledgeable. We can't wait to come and visit again. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices. We loved coming back from a long day to homemade cookies and a coffee/tea station. A very friendly atmosphere.
Excellent Hampton Inn, very clean, modern and up-to-date. We stopped overnight traveling from Buffalo to Boston, and it is conveniently located off both I-90 and 87 but very quiet. Breakfast was typical for Hampton, well-stocked and open early. Would definitely stay here again.
Hampton Inns are generally a nice, reliable place to stay; you know what you're getting, and there are no surprises. This particular Hampton is a step above, in my opinion—updated flooring and bedding, well-stocked breakfast, clean and pleasant pool, and nice fitness center. Each room has a convenient microwave and mini fridge, and there is an excellent minimart in the lobby with everything from sundries to the makings for full (albeit microwaved!) meals.
We booked this hotel so that we could visit our daughter ,whom lives in Albany and have dinner for my 50th Birthday. Check in was super smooth, our room was nice and cool for such an extremely hot day. Very clean and I loved the white bedding. I’m super picky when it comes to beds because both me and my husband have bad backs. No issues at all. Very comfy. There were darkening shades on the windows we liked too. The bathroom was large and clean also. The only issues were the bathroom fan didn’t work and the bathroom door had no lock. These things didn’t matter to us as a married couple though. Oh and need to mention there is also a really good free breakfast in the morning. This will be our go to for future visits.
