The front desk was a very friendly yang man who was patients to explain the area. The room was very clean, air condition was quiet, complementary breakfast was pretty good. The free wifi was fast. parking is free.

We had a good stay at this Hampton Inn - it was located convenient to the interstate but was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Clean and we'll priced, it definitely met our expectations - we'll stay here again if in the area.

The hotel was easy to get to, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was okay. There was fresh pressed green juice which was a nice touch to the breakfast. Rooms were updated and the price was good when we were traveling. I would stay here again.

Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The man in charge of breakfast was especially welcoming and ensured a happy morning. Staff were gracious in response to requests and rooms were well maintained.

We having been staying at Hampton
Inns recently as things are opening up. The consistency of the rooms, staff and breakfast were all very good to excellent for a mid-line hotel in the Hilton chain of properties. We have stayed in locations in SC, NC, Va now NY. All were very clean and great value for your money

I was visiting Albany on a business trip. I checked in at the Hampton Inn on Western Ave. The check-in was quick the front desk clerk was cordial and very polite.
He explained the Hotel amenities: breakfast, laundry, internet, cable, and local restaurants. The room was clean, sanitized, ans spacious. The breakfast was better than average and the fruit smoothies were an added touch. The common areas were clean and well kept.
